Research PAPERS

The Jamaica Employers' Federation (JEF) conducts research as a cornerstone of its mission to lead the development of an enabling business environment and strengthen employers' competitiveness. This data-driven approach allows the JEF to produce vital publications.

Gathering and analysing information on workplace trends, industrial relations, human resource development, and productivity best practices, the Federation can effectively represent and safeguard employers' interests, provide value-added consultancy services, and partner with the government and labour movement to foster a more harmonious and productive national workforce.
