Re: Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey
The Jamaica Employers’ Federation (JEF) is cognizant of the fact that many Organizations have still not fully recovered from the impact of COVID – 19. We are particularly interested in how your organization has been coping, from the perspectives of CEOs, General/Operations Managers, Managing Directors and HR Practitioners.
The overall objective of the survey is to facilitate JEF’s mapping of stakeholders’ satisfaction levels, with regard to their organization’s execution of its mission and service delivery, in the aftermath of the Pandemic, with a view to give support and assistance where possible.

The results will enable collaboration on the development and implementation of capacity building initiatives, to enhance and close the gaps in the provision of services.
Your participation in this exercise is crucial to its success and the survey has been designed to protect your anonymity.
The information, gathered from this survey, will be held in strict confidence by the Jamaica Employers’ Federation and will only be used for the intended purpose. The confidentiality of the information provided is guaranteed and will be handled by our team of highly professional researchers, accessible only to the research Team and the Chief Executive Officer.
